Tailored to a client’s specific needs, the market opportunities assessment helps to determine direction and facilitate early decision-making.
A market opportunity assessment can identify and prioritize the opportunities available within a real estate category. Commonly answered questions include:
• Is a site more suitable for single-family detached homes, attached product, condominiums, or some combination of housing types?
• Does it make sense to offer units on a rental basis or for-sale?
• What alternative development programs, including various types and mixes of residential and commercial land uses, are appropriate for a site?
