RPRG assists local public agencies, institutional entities, and private developers in preparing revitalization studies for HOPE VI and other urban redevelopment programs.  Typically, we work on multi-disciplinary teams that include architects, land planners, traffic planners and financial consultants.  Our most critical role on such teams is to assess achievable levels of market support for land uses proposed under alternative scenarios or options.  By virtue of our experience in the industry, we also contribute recommendations about land uses and product types that proves useful in the development and refinement of scenarios.
